Data Reports from Zoho Social and CRM interaction, from lead to sales
Can Zoho ´Social interact with CRM in an way that can generate automated reports about the leads, how long they take to convert into sales ?
Also I would like to know it we can set period of times (including previews digital marketing campaigns) not only included actual campaigns but also leads that are converting from a previous campaign, in order to identify the positive or negative results of this campaigns in the last year. Now we can only do that in a manual way (check wich older leads converted, and to wich campaign they respond.
