Daytime saving timezones messing up writer pdf

Hi, 
I need help for something I can't figure out. 

I created a Form to collect datas and it is set up with my current Daylight Saving Time (GMT-3).  This form generates a contract (pdf Writer) with dates from an event that will be held in 4 months from now.   In 4 months, we are switching from Daylight saving time to Standard time and it's messing up the details in my contrat. 

Date in form: 2024-11-05 10:00 PM
Date in generated Writer contract: 2024-11-05 09 h 00 PM

My account, Form and Writer are set up with Daylight Saving Time (GMT-3).  

I need the time to be in the same timezone as the form and not being influenced by the real timezone in the future date.
