De verborgen parels binnen Zoho One



Beste community leden,

 

Dit jaar hebben wij verschillende klanten gesproken over hun gebruikerservaring met Zoho One. Zo brachten wij onder andere een bezoek aan Lean Six Sigma Company en gingen wij langs bij Business Art Service. Daarnaast hebben wij tijdens Zoholics de mogelijkheid gehad om een aantal van jullie te spreken en te vragen over jullie ervaring met Zoho One en de Zoho apps.  Wij weten allemaal hoeveel apps er in Zoho One zitten, maar hoeveel wordt er op dit moment gebruik van gemaakt? Er zijn bedrijven die meer dan 15 apps gebruiken. Een vraag die ik zelf vaak stel is:

 

Welke app heeft je aangenaam verrast?

 

Op de "usual suspects" zoals CRM, Desk na, kan je wel verwachten dat de antwoorden uiteen lopen. Echter, er zaten wel een aantal bedrijven tussen die apps noemen die wij totaal niet verwachtten.In deze post lichten wij een aantal van deze "verborgen parels" binnen Zoho One uit.

 

Zoho Expense:
Zoho Expense is een app waarmee je makkelijk en snel je declaraties door kan geven. Dit kan via de browser, maar het is zeker aan te raden om de mobiele app te gebruiken. Met de slimme scan functie kan je snel je bonnetjes scannen en uploaden naar je declaratiemap.

 

Zoho Sprints:

Werkt jouw bedrijf/afdeling/team op een Agile werkwijze? Dan is het zeker waard om Zoho Sprints te proberen. Het bevat namelijk alle features die je nodig hebt om Agile te werken. Van connecties met onder andere Gitlab en Bitbucket tot overzichtelijke rapportages en een overzichtelijk backlog voor Product Owners, Scrum Masters en de development team.

 

Zoho Backstage:

Ben jij van plan om een evenement te organiseren? Dan biedt Zoho Backstage uitkomst in het organiseren en uitvoeren van je evenement. Hierbij kan je denken aan onder ander het opzetten van een micro-website, het versturen van e-mails over je evenement, betalingen verwerken en registraties bijhouden.

 

Zoho Lens:

Een van de nieuwste toevoeging aan de Zoho One-suite is Zoho Lens. Met Zoho Lens heb je de mogelijkheid om letterlijk met je klanten mee te kijken. In plaats van dat de klant het probleem omschrijft, kan je meekijken en met behulp van AR kan je ook sturing geven.

 

Zoho Pagesense:

Ben je op zoek naar een alternatief om het gedrag van je bezoekers op de website te meten? Wellicht biedt Zoho PageSense iets voor je. Met verschillende functionaliteiten om je bezoekers te meten, funnels te bouwen en een heatmap en een fijne UX is Zoho PageSense een goed alternatief om het gedrag van je website bezoeker te meten.

 

Zoho Analytics:

Met Zoho Analytics beschik je over een krachtige BI-tool waarmee je makkelijk data kan verzamelen, analyses kan maken en je dashboards kan je makkelijk op maat maken.  Zoho Analytics is uiteraard in staat om makkelijk te verbinden met verschillende Zoho Apps én met externe apps. Zo wordt Exact Online vaak gekoppeld aan Zoho Analytics om cashflows te analyseren. Tip: Gebruik Zoho Dataprep om je ruwe data te verfijnen.
