We really want to use it, but understanding the business logic and being able to implement the programming (even though it may be as simple as drag and drop) are two different things. We will probably need some help to write the program. Our company does real estate. We are a start up on a shoestring budget in a very competitive aggressive market environment. We are presented with many offers and would like a way to manage them in real time. 

 The problem we are trying to solve is: 

 Our internal agents meet many people with many different offers each day. Often the offer is presented via telephone or personal conversation. It requires quick note taking and then later reviewing. Then future efforts to try and match up previous offer/requests When a solid buyer request comes in we need to respond very fast in order to secure the deal. That means sometimes we need to follow up a half finished offer/request asap. Its hard to remember who has what form our own clients' offers and needs, let alone those of our colleagues. We need a way to transmit current #ihave #ineed info like twitter or something, and still have it searchable and ideally a deal matching system that would alert matches or close to match. The concept / architecture is this: #agent is in the field/office - sees new property or opportunity #agent enters data via smart phone or email or web page (perhaps not complete data set initially.) #contact name (essential data though hidden from other agents) (drop down for existing clients) plus admin alert for duplicate name #phone (essential data though hidden from other agents) plus admin alert for duplicate number. #email #Opportunity Location (drop down menu) (ideally can enter google maps coordinate - optional) #offer type: #ihave #ineed (eg buyer/seller) #property type: Land / Villa / Hotel / Condotel / JV / loan / land area m2 / 100m2 / or Hectares 10,000m2 decimal up to 3 places accepted (locally land is often measured in increments of 100m2 called "Are") *** Price per m2 / or Price per 100m2, / Hectare or / total price (Currencies = 1. Rupiah 2. USD 3. EUD) #other agents are alerted (by email) of new entry details/updates in real time. #other agents can search existing buy / sell / lease / loan / JV offers existing offers show basic details, ref number and agent name.
