Hello Commerce Team,

A couple of questions regarding webhooks:

1.  The API has a mechanism for creating webhooks for Commerce.  Couldn't there simply be an API on the back end to allow for the creation of webhooks as is the case with every other web--based app I can think of?  I appreciate being able to to this programmatically, but it seems like there should be the provision for managing them from the backend UI as well.

2. There does not appear to be any provision for revoking a webhook... only creating them.  It seems that there should be, no?

3.  Are multiple discrete webhooks accommodated?  Or is it the case that only a single webhook instance is allowed and intended to compound all needed triggers into a single instance that gets overwritten whenever it needs to be updated or modified?
