"Deals" Mail Merge Template not found in Zoho Sign Extension; Mail Merge Template auto-assigned to "Leads"

"Deals" Mail Merge Template not found in Zoho Sign Extension; Mail Merge Template auto-assigned to "Leads"

Two problems related to Mail Merge Templates and Zoho Sign extension.

Problem 1:

The Zoho Sign extension does not find my “Deals” Mail merge templates (screenshot 118), whereas it can successfully find my “Leads” or Contacts” template (screenshot 119).

Yesterday, it worked fine. When I use “document fuse”, my “Deals” mail merge templates are available (screenshot 120) .

I tried many kinds of templates for Deals to see if it was caused by the template’s content. It seems that it’s not the case because even an empty template will appear in Leads and not in Deals.

Any ideas why my Zoho sign Extension won’t recognize my Deals Mail Merge Templates?

Problem 2: When I create a mail merge template in Zoho CRM, the template is automatically associated to the “Leads” module (screenshot 125), even though I chose other modules such as Contacts or Deals (screenshot 124).

Could you please confirm that is it a bug on Zoho’s end, or is it on mine?

Cheers!

Vincent

      • How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk)  In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only.  The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
