Decline to sign

Decline to sign

Is there a way for a signer to decline to sign a document? We send out proposals, and unfortunately, clients sometimes go a different way. Since they're not proceeding, they're not going to sign the proposal, which indicates acceptance of our offer.

What would be good is if there was a way to have the client say they're not going to sign, so that reminders stop going out and so that we see what happened.
