Another bizarre question : is it possible to have a workflow that gives a delay for submitting a form or else it send the user to another page ?

The purpose is that I have a customer form folowed by a subsciption form (or an order form) and if the customer do not go all the way to subscribe, I want to get rid of him, and at the same time erase the first form's information.
