Delays In Zoho Desk Webhooks (and emails)
We have been noticing significant downgrade/delay in webhooks being triggered from Zoho Desk. The delays are anywhere from 20 minutes to 6 hours. We have been getting 5-20min delays for last week but last few days these delays have gotten significantly worse (with a few taking 5+ hours to trigger). Is anyone else experiencing these delays?
Additionally, we are running into issues every 2-4 weeks or so where email delays or automation is delayed by 20min - 2 hours. Is Zoho Desk infrastructure being maintained? Are servers not able handle demand? Zoho Desk, please provide insight as the product is hard for our team to rely on.
