Deleted emails, but still says that email account is 95% full?!
Hello,
I am really just postponing the inevitable here, but one of our
email accounts *Pam* is warning us of its 95% full status. We have
gone out of our way to delete hundreds, if not thousands of emails.
Also making sure that they weren't just moved to junk or a deleted
folder. They are removed.
However, even after doing this, the admin panel is saying that the
email is still nearing max? How can this be? There is only like 500
emails in there now!
How can I rectify this?
Also... We will eventually need to upgrade the email account to
give us more space, however it is only the *Pam* account that will
need this extra space. When we attempted to upgrade, it wants us to
upgrade ALL accounts? We rarely use all of our accounts, and
definitely don't need the extra space (or expeniature) on those accounts.
Is there anyway to upgrade only one account? Or possibly just divvy
up the extra (unused) space from other accounts to the Pam account?
Please help!

A user is considered as inactive, if the user has not logged in to the Zoho mail account for a period of more than 120 days. The login through POP, IMAP and Active Sync are all taken into account for tracking the period of inactivity. Whoever received the communication need not panic, as we have just communicated our policy to all the users. To
