Hi All,

I am in the process of setting up Zoho CRM (Professional Subscription) for our organisation as a replacement for Microsoft CRM. We have a fairly limited usage of the CRM functions, essentially just recording and managing Quotes.

I am trying to pull basic information between modules, in this case from the Accounts module to the Quotes module. When a quote is created, I want to pull a value from a field in Accounts through into the Quote so I can filter the Quotes report on this value (It is the Customer Type in this example).

I cant see any way to either pull through a field based on the Account selected, or any of the basic Update Field actions within Quotes as they dont have access to the fields in Accounts.

I use Creator a fair bit and usually I would just write a workflow in Deluge to update the Customer Type field in Quotes. I cant see where I can do this in CRM, is this because of my subscription level (Which would be ridiculous considering the basic functions I am trying to implement) or am I missing some way to trigger Deluge actions.
