Design doesn't Match

Zoho Campaign designer has some major bugs. For one, it still has pasting issues regardless what the source is, and what browser. There are STILL spacing issues with copy & pasting. 

Problem #1:

Example: Copy & Paste "Hello my name is David." (regardless of the source) Zoho Campaigns will appear correct, but upon sending the email will read... "Hellomy name isDavid." Unfortunately, this issue has been addressed many times, and still remains.

Problem #2:

Design in Zoho Campaigns does not remain after sending. For example, 

Zoho Design will show this header as font "ARIAL"



Once I open in MS Outlook, Gmail or other mail clients it looks like this... (Clearly NOT Arial font)


Again Zoho, please fix these bugs. No, they are not because of my viewer, software, mail client or other reason, the reason is because the Zoho Campaign software simply need to be fixed. - Please correct this.
