Designation for mulitple employees with the same title but different e-mails

In the Employee Tree you can see the name of the employee and the designation(title) under it.

We would like to have all the employees name and designation viewable in the Employee tree.

Problem for us is that multiple employees have the same title/designation but do not share the same e-mail and we do not use a collective/group e-mail.  This gives us the problem that we cant use the same designation for each employee. How can we fix that? so we can see all the employees designations/titles under their name in the Employee tree.

For example: two( or more) employees with the same title but different e-mails: cant have the same designation name..
