Desk view in CRM, notifications?
Hi,
Hopefully title gives it away - we have started viewing and using Desk within CRM, and I'm wondering if there is a way of being notified of new Desk updates within CRM? (not the Cliq Desk bot)
Or an idea, add something to the bottom right notification tray?
Point me in the right direction if I'm missing a trick please!

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
