Desk Web version is very different from Desk Zoho One version
There are a number of options that are different in the Web Version and Zoho One version of Desk
In Web Version you only have Search / Notifications / Settings / My Profile
But in Zoho One theres no ability to change your availability
In both Web and One versions it should really be able to

And in Web Version under My Profile there is the option to set availability
