The current way of data being showcased misinterprets the actual data - Pipeline view in dashboard

Offer declined candidates are being shown under Offered. It's only when we click on that number, further details are revealed. I think this need to be stopped. Just think - If i have 100 Offered candidates out of which only 78 joined then each time i will have to drill down the data to understand the break up of Offered candidates

If there was another option next to Offered (maybe something like 'Declined') it would be much easier to understand without clicking further.
