1.      When searching devices , it would be nice if it would also show results with all devices from group with that name.

To clarify, if we type Zoho in search devices, and there is group named Zoho with devices that don't have Zoho in their name  they don't show in search results now.

We understand there is group search, but it would be more simple with just one search.

2.      And in search results if you could add column with group name, so when searching for example name like server it show 10-15 results but with columns with each of their group name.

        Unattended Access (Beta) is live!   Unattended Access, a feature requested by a lot of our customers is live now. Currently, it's in beta. You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription.
