Early Monday morning local time (around 4:30am) all of the sudden Zoho Flow's Zoho CRM connection stopped working properly for us, where "Fetch module entry" started throwing errors, which resulted in majority of our Flows failing and eventually being shut off, which completely disrupted all of our automated workflows. This is not only a major inconvenience for my team, but it's also quite a risk for integrity of the process of servicing our clients timely.
To this moment (Wednesday, almost noon), I have not received ANY response from ANYONE, not even acknowledging an issue or letting us know it's been looked into. I tried to contact Support in several different ways, which ended up creating several support tickets, only one of them receiving a response asking me to do things I've already done (provide email address, enable access for their support team etc). To make it worse, that ticket has been closed twice (!!!) without any reason, I had to respond to reopen it.
I even tried to contact our "Account Executive", who also haven't replied to me directly, but forwarded my email to support which resulted in yet another (4th) ticket being open.
This is starting to sound like a bad episode of "Monty Python's Flying Circus", and it would be hilarious if it wasn't a major annoyance and risk for us.
I feel like the quality of support at Zoho plummeted over the years and we're seriously considering leaving. Does anyone know any other (actual) ways to get some help with this?
