I have just started a small direct marketing business (Door to Door)and I am looking for a basic database/commission tracker. What I need is a basic form to input data from contracts filled in at customers houses with some single lines,multi lines,rich text,check boxes,multi select boxes and some dropdown boxes with default settings for easy data input. I need some of the fields to be searchable e.g name,address ect. I then send the data electronically to the client daily/weekly (variable)then client rings the customer to verify and update when cancellations occur(taken off commission due but sill shown on commission report). commission tracker The system needs to be able to add/delete reps/ managers,reps commission rates(variable) managers override (amount/%)(variable),pay dates (variable) A retention (amount/%)is withheld after initial verification cancellations. For cancellations after payroll and is paid minus deductions at a later date (variable) Reports reps/managers commission reports weekly/monthly (variable) reps commissiom report to include all contract signed minus initial verification cancellations and cancellations after payroll +/- retention owed Managers commission report to include all his own contract signed minus initial verification cancellations and cancellations after payroll +/- retention owed plus a summary of overide Invoice generated
