We would like to setup an inline survey which we would ask a 1 questions survey with multiple choice options similar to the Customer Satisfaction questions within Zoho Desk. If it  cannot be enabled as a  a snippet, then we will utilize html to add it to the bottom of a templated reply message. 

What I am having trouble with his how to create an inline survey. There is no current directions that explains how the current look of Zoho Survey can enable the inline survey feature. Could you please help?
