Hello and thanks in advance for the help!

We are trying to figure out how to block certain options in a Matrix Choice question.

Specifically, we are surveying users to find out what is the best time for a class (morning, afternoon, or evening) across multiple days.  Some of these days however are days that we will be closed during the evening--so for these days we only want the option of morning and afternoon.  We're wondering how to disable the evening option on these days so that users cannot select it?
