1 ) We do not offer online payments. Is there a way to disable them? When I enable offline payments, the radio button for online payment option in the checkout form is still present.

2) We offer two types of offline payment. First simple bankwire and second a form of funding. So I would like to add two offline payment methods 

1. Bankwire

2. Funding

Is that possible?

3) Can we customize the thank you page of the checkout process?
