Disappearing Emails due to IMAP

We are experiencing a critical issue with Zoho - Outlook email system integration. Specifically and uniquely, emails sent via Zoho are disappearing from our inboxes. This issue is impacting our communication and workflow significantly.

Does anyone else facing this problem ? I will cancell all of our contracts if all the data is gone...
