Over the last 12 months we have developed and refined a Field Service Management platform using Zoho Creator. Our USP is that we will combine the best of two worlds, by giving free access (besides the Zoho licenses) to customers which in return for a fair amount can expand and add to their base platform by leveraging Zoho Creator's low-code capabilities - obviously, we will remain in the development set and handle those expansions.
So essentially, each app deployed will in time become unique when we are adding integrations, customer portals and business specific functionality.
Now here is the headache - how should we apply/distribute the application?
Should we deploy all customers applications on a single Creator platform where we have full control using, i.e. Zoho Directory, essentially just increasing the number of applications for each new customer sign-up?
Or should we ask customers to sign-up for Zoho Creator and then deploy the base application on their respective accounts?
Our typical customers are smaller companies, which many not have dedicated it-staff and therefore wants something this is as hassle-free as possible.
