Do subscribers synced from CRM change lists after changing criteria fields in CRM?

Let say you have 2 CRM to Campaigns syncs:

- Sync 1 for "Non qualified" leads to campaigns list "A", and
- Sync 2 for "Interested" leads to campaigns list "B"

now let say lead "Joe Feen" was "Non qualified", received a campaign email about a new product for what he is now qualified and he calls back interested. The sales agent change his status to "Interested" and now "Joe Feen" goes into list "B" for "Interested" leads.

Is Joe Feen removed from list A in the next retrieval? by itself? or do I need to setup a Zoho Campaigns workflow to get him out of list A?
