One of our users is trying to import a document into the Zoho Writer API. He is finding that the Zoho editor environment is opening successfully, but the content area is blank. When he switches to HTML view, he also sees that there is nothing there. He is seeing a notification of a Javascript error; a screenshot is attached.
I am able to successfully import the same document into the Writer API on my computer, but it is very important that we know what browser settings are necessary to ensure that this works for all of our users as well.
