does not share sheets properly with my users
Hi. I am trying to use zoho to share grades with my students.
Basically, I have made some score calculation sheets (the first few sheets) and then I have created an grade output sheet for each of my students with the remaining sheets I have made.
After that, I tried to share one sheet with each of my students using the share function and their emails. However, whenever a student logs in to view his/her sheet, somehow other sheets that I did not share are shared automatically with the student. Consequently, many of my students are able to view grade sheets of other students even though I did not share them. Even if I delete the ones that got shared somehow, the same problem keeps happening whenever a student logs on to zoho and tries to view his sheet.
Here is the link for one of my classes. If you look at the shared lists for any page titled as one of my students, you will notice that more than one students has been given rights to view the page. But I only shared each page with -one- student originally.
