Does ZOHO actually work for anyone?

Does ZOHO actually work for anyone?

Has anybody actually managed to successfully integrate multiple apps and have them work as they should?

So far, I'm seeing bugs/issues with at least 4 apps (CRM, Books, Flow and Invoice) and the 'support' staff are yet to offer any help with even the most basic of queries - that's, of course, when they bother to respond!

I was a ZOHO user about ten years ago and moved away as the platform was just too unstable and have only just returned after seeing all the improvements and additions. Sadly, it seems a case of 'all the gear and no idea' as the platform is still just as buggy, the customer service is awful and there is no sign of any of my tickets being resolved (even though they like to mark them as closed).

The amount of hours I've wasted this week alone is unreal.
