I'm getting a domain already exists error & I've left messages using the "help chat" tool a couple of times but not seen a reply (perhaps because my @heartfelttech.com address isn't working?)

I have wellbeingwebsites.com.au and would like to add heartfelttech.com as a secondary / alias domain. I suspect it's breaking because I had an account a few years ago in the old name.
