When a document is created in WordDrive there are several options across the top.

There are stages of Draft and Ready. According to the tool tip until a document is marked as "Ready" it will "not be visible to anyone in the team folder". There are also separate set of stages named "Compose, Review, and Distribute". The relationship of these relative to "Draft and Ready" is confusing. For example, a document can be in Draft stage and at the same time be in the Review or Distrubute strage. Those two stages seem contradictory, since a Draft "is not visible to anyone in the team folder", but the stage of "Review" or "Distribute" suggests it is visible to other users in the team folder. So which is it?
