Drag tool on Notebook

I'm having problems with Notebook due to the fact that I need my notes to be in a certain order inside a specific Notebook, but I can't seem to be able to drag them around and organize them as I want. Is there a way to do that?

Besides, I keep getting several copies of the same note, that I have to keep deleting. Is there a way to fix that as well?

I'm quite new to the app, so I don't know how to do a lot of things there, but I'm finding it quite useful for my needs
