A Tool that would be incredibly helpful is an on screen drawing pen/highlighter.  I hate to use the GoToAssist Name, but we are trying to transfer from them to Zoho Assist. A tool that is incredibly helpful in GTA for our technicians is an on screen drawing pen so we can draw on screen the exact icon the customer should choose.
