I have noticed some issues with dropbox sync
1) when i put a new file in the dropbox folder even with continuous synch the file does not appear in ZOHO document even after 20 minutes
I need to stop the sync and redo it
So Zoho has duplicate all the document in ZOHO documents from dropbox wich is a bug it means that if you stop restart the sync then all gets duplicate
Zoho sync needs to checkif document already exist and not duplicate it
If i put a document in ZOHO it goes immediately to Dropbox
2) Folder structure
I I have a folder structure in Dropbox and sync the top of the structure the folder does not sync or created in ZOHO the document are all mixed in the folder so if you have a client with 100 sub folder you technically needs to sync 100 folder
that is impossible
can you check if folder sub folder can be sync
are you planning on adding box.com Zohodrive onedrive google drive at least to the sync option?

this is very important to have a safe sync between cloud and zoho so we can open the portal to client and no issue if sync stop restart...
please look into it
