Duplicate rows in live data to same table in Sandbox table

For example, How do you duplicate rows in live "Accounts" table to "Accounts" table in Sandbox?

I've done the export from live table and import into sandbox table, but the "Id" for the rows are not the same, it doesn't matter so much that the dates(i.e. created,modified) don't match but I need the main row Id column, ParentAccount_Id to match.
