Duplicate Ticket when send email.

Good Day,

When reply made in new email and send to zoho desk with subject "[## ticketnumber ##] subject" it returns a new ticket in zoho desk, but when agent reply to the ticket even if it is a new email or reply with this subject format "[## ticketnumber ##] subject" it will be a new thread to a ticket which is what I want. I hope it will solve.
