Hello,

Trying to create a question that allows respondents to tell me exactly which location they are from including Region/Country/City/Property Name. For example if they select North& Central America, they drop down should then show Canada, US, Mexico, Caribbean and then if they select Canada, should automatically filter to the provinces, then cities etc. and then I am trying to get to a business unit level name. Is this possible as there are 4000+ locations to choose from...do dynamic drop down questions exist? Any help/suggestions are appreciated!

Also trying to have this cascade into internal Region levels for reporting purposes but do not want those names to appear to the respondents. Any recommendations?
