I am looking to display a list of a root pages sub pages within the content area.  Basically the drop down portion of the navigation bar.   At the moment I am linking to them manually, this makes cleaning up after I have moved a page or created a new page a little arduous. 

Is there a dynamically updating feature that I can use? (like a navigation menu that can be inserted into the content area?)
