e-mail sent troug Zoho SalesIQ to a lead is not shown in Lead history
I got a Lead from SalesIQ chat in my website. There was no operator online at the time and this visitor was automatically added as a Lead.
I replied with an email directly from SalesIQ, but this email was not noted anywhere in Zoho, especially in the lead.
How do I make it appear as a history in the lead - in section e-mails? No such settings found.
