Easy way to delete attachments

I've reached my data limit and would like to run a view/report, and mass delete attachments.  Is there an easy, fast way to do this?

      We will be working on an enhancement concerning the file storage in CRM. We will provide a solution to this challenge as part of this enhancement.


Update as on 27th July 2023: 

Our team is working on separating email storage from file storage. It will contain all the incoming & outgoing emails of CRM in a single place where you will have control to manage and delete all the emails and their attachments stored inside CRM. It will have free storage of 5GB per user license. It will get released in the next quarter (Q3, 2023). Email is a single entity comprising content, attachment and inline images. Removing the attachment alone from it is not possible.


If you have any special request to remove attachments alone or when you want to remove emails in bulk immediately, you can drop a mail to our support (support[at]zohocrm[dot]com). We can assist you based on your need.
