I need an electronic record for inputting patient's data - for as many consultations as I want - ability to attach files, to bill patients for each test/consultation, to send requests to a laboratory and to link with zoho invoices for billing. it would need multiple users - one for each added doctor with different administrator rights. It does not have to be as complex as vertikalsystems but has to be more sophisticated than simple EMR. It needs to have a database with backup and accessible from anywhere with rapid movement between screens. If possible to be able to email files into the system and then move these files into a specific patient record (rather than upload the files).
