Elusive scroll-bars in Zoho

It seems that the scroll bars in Zoho are not only getting narrower ( see image), but they are also out of sight most of the time unless you hover over the spot where you suspect it must be.

You have to hover with the mouse in order to find where it is, activate it and then try to grab it. If you accidentally move a bit to the side while moving to the top or bottom, it disappears from sight again.

I know many people will find this petty and insignificant, but I work really very fast and these ridiculously small, hard to find scroll bars are slowing me down. I think functionality needs to always win over design; it is important principle.
