I was trying to add a new user
rewant.singh@evoxyz.com to our organisation from our Zoho Mail Admin app for Android. The app said that there was a network error and the user cannot be added. When I re-tried it said that the user already exists. However, from the web login it tells me that the user exists without an email. If I try to create the email, it fails saying that email already exists (
rewant.singh@evoxyz.com) but I cannot see it in my Control Panel. I added the user with another email address for now but that email seems to have gone to a black hole. If I email to that address, it doesn't reach our catchall address. Also, I cannot login to zoho with that email address.
I want to free up that email address for now so that I could either assign it in the future or emails to that one reaches our catch-all address. Please help!
