I am trying to automate as much of the grunt-work so to speak for my digital agency.
Currently; our workflow for sales goes something like this:
- Find leads by visiting websites for specific industries in specific areas
- Automatically adding them to ZohoCRM using Hunter (integration)
- Manually emailing them all (mainly for personalization)
I know there's use of Macros and WorkFlows to be able to select a number of leads and then email them one email template etc...
I'm looking for something a little bit more in-depth. And as of late; I haven't been able to find much information on it - which leads me to believe that A.it's not possible or B. it's not commonly utilized
... both of which I'm not a fan of - HOWEVER I digress.
What I would love to do is arrange something like this:
- Find leads by visiting websites and using Hunter to add them into CRM
- When a new lead is added; immediately upon adding into CRM the lead will be send an email template
- If the lead opens the initial email - a task will be created to follow up with prospect manually
- However if the lead does not open the initial email - a different email will be sent X number of days after.
- If they open the second email - the task is created to follow up manually.
- If they do not open - they are either sent an additional email or automatically marked as a Junk lead
In the past; I had a similar setup using Hubspot; but seeing as though Zoho kinda knocks it out of the park with all the different features and functionalities in their suite; patching software together to get the objective met isn't in my most favorable choices category...
However if there were a way to achieve this using ZohoOne it would dramatically change my business for the better.
Any tips?
