can find plenty of instructions to forward TO teaminbox, but nothing on adding an action to a rule that allows me to forward incoming email TO my TeamInbox OUT to external emails.

Situation: Have a IT tech on retainer (not my employee), need to forward incoming emails based on certain criteria to the external email address (they are not team members as I don't want to purchase another email user from Zoho just for this) so the issue can be handled. As it stands, I have to manually forward these. Very surprised that this isn't already implemented as a viable rule to use in TeamInbox... help please?!
