We are a School and we use a test platform that emails individual test results for each student for each test in the form of a PDF attachment.

Looking at the Email-In feature it appears Work Drive can only have one folder for this. Is that correct?

One folder is not really of much use. Having only one folder for the entire Work Drive means a lot of sorting of attachments and refiling the documents. Plus the naming convention for the attachments are system generated  that will would make it difficult to identify what's what.

We run multiple classes for each different course we offer at the same time as well.
