I run a small consignment website where sellers send me photos and descriptions of their items for sale and I post them on the site. I need an app that will enable buyers to easily click on an item number, fill out a quick form, and have that form go directly to my seller's email address. I have over 500 sellers and receive about 150 requests via the website per day.
