Email notifications on Android 14

Email notifications on Android 14

i've just switch from Android 14 Samsung S21 to and S24+. The apps & settings have copied over as expected.
Having checked, the settings on both mobiles are identical. However, the S24+ is not giving notifications of email arriving on Zoho Mail app, whereas notification were given on the s21!
Any suggestions?
