I have created a stateless form with custom reports etc. 

There's a bunch of custom fields for one customer that I do not want sent to other customers, and these are hidden in the forms for people who don't need them when being filled out.

Example- 'Staff OnBoarding Form' includes a field called 'Job Title' for client 'Coca-Cola'

- When a client from 'Pepsi' submits the form, we send an email with the content to Zoho Desk- I don't want them to get the 'Coca-Cola' job titles in the email or in the ticket.

From what I can see, a stateless form needs an 'email template' to be able to send content in an email, but these templates aren't dynamic.

Is this solvable please?
