Email PayPal link connected to wrong Invoice

When I generated an invoice email for a client with included paypal link the link that he got was link to pay for another clients invoice.

I deleted that invoice and generated a whole new invoice and still did the same thing. Then I created a whole new invoice under a different client and did the same exact thing that email.

Please help.
