Application Description: We have developed a "bulletin board" that creates tasks and assigns scheduling details to each task. The content of each task pulls information entered inside the app and from relational lookup fields from several other external apps. A scheduling sub form allows the user to assign start and end times, assign a person to complete the task at that time, and a status (scheduled, overdue, etc.) Need: 'Schedule' scripting that allows for email notifications to be sent based on the time and status of the task schedule. The email needs to include all details relevant to the schedule of the task and the task information. Requirements: Developers will be given Developer access to the application. A project spec (uploaded) with specifics will be provided prior to the start of Phase I. Each phase must be completed. All issues related to the ZOHO platform must be handled by the developer. Any limitations of the ZOHO platform that prevent the completion of the project will require modification of the project. All work completed is property of SMT, Inc. All information related to the project is property of SMT, Inc. SMT, Inc has the right to terminate the project at any time.
